Steve Neely joins Apto as the Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for leading the engineering teams as they build out the Apto platform and its product portfolio, creating a world-class, agile engineering organization focusing on providing outstanding customer value with high quality products. He brings over 15 years experience in the technology sector to the team. Before joining Apto, Steve worked in the research and development division at Rally Software, a company that provides leading software and services solutions that drive agility. He earned a BSc in computer science from Glasgow University, Scotland and a PhD in computer science from Strathclyde University, Scotland.
